Buy a credit pack any time. Top-up credits stay valid for 12 months, and the ones closest to expiry are always spent first.

What's the difference between the plans?
Every plan runs the same AI screening engine. Plans differ on volume and reach — your monthly screening credits, how many team seats you get, and which connectors you can use. Starter is one seat with the email inbox connector; Growth and Scale add more seats plus the Zoho ATS connector. Compare them on the cards above.
What's a credit, and do they expire?
One credit screens one candidate; an AI-drafted job description costs one too. Plan credits refresh at the start of each month and don't roll over; top-up credits stay valid for 12 months, and the ones closest to expiry are spent first.
Do I have to trial first, or can I buy a plan now?
Either. Buy a plan and start straight away, or take a free 14-day trial (50 credits, every feature unlocked) and upgrade whenever you're ready — converting keeps your data, connectors, and settings.
Which currency will I be charged in, and is GST added?
Your billing country sets the currency — India in INR, everywhere else in USD. Prices shown exclude GST: Indian (INR) customers are charged 18% GST on top at checkout, with a GST tax invoice issued for every payment; international (USD) billing is an export of services and is zero-rated (no GST).
Can I cancel, and are refunds available?
Cancel any time from the Billing page — you keep access and remaining credits until the end of the period you've paid for, with no further charges. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
